Locki is an Australian chef who has been honing his skills in the kitchen for more than a decade. He brings a world of flavors to every dish he creates. When he’s not preparing delicious recipes, he’s out exploring on his motorcycle or on foot, allowing himself to be surprised by new nooks and crannies. He is an adventurer.
His life took a turn when he met his wife Iru in Australia and decided to take a leap and come to Euskadi, which fortunately had always caught his attention. The pandemic put a stop to their plans for adventure, so they decided to explore the world from the kitchen.
In his spare time, Locki immerses himself in the world of podcasts, books and music.
And no, he doesn’t surf. Even if you keep asking him.

Iru
FOUNDER & manager "OF EVERYTHING"
Born in England to a Basque mother and English father, Iru has always lived splitting her time between England and the Basque Country before setting off to explore the world.
During her travels, Iru arrived in Australia, where she met her husband, your Chef, Locki. From one adventure to another.
Irune’s passion for meeting new people and immersing herself in different cultures has been a constant throughout her life, always broadening horizons. It’s nice to be out of one’s comfort zone. The pandemic changed everything, and unable to go out and explore the world, Locki and Iru, set out to explore inside the kitchen.
Sport is their daily must.

Sara
WAITRESS
Sara loves nature and takes advantage of every day off to spend it in the mountains or at the beach. She seeks to connect with herself and get away from routine. This connection also leads her to enjoy art, especially impressionist and abstract painting.
Adding to this enjoyment, she can’t miss sports, from crossfit to surfing, skiing, climbing…. She’s up for anything!
And the most special thing about Sara? Her dog Linda, who accompanies her day in and day out.

Niko
Chef
Nico is, as he says, proudly half Colombian – half Basque.
From a very young age he started cooking, and has many beautiful memories cooking with his family and friends, daring over time to experiment more culinarily and allowing himself to be a bit more adventurous.
His plan now is to continue traveling the world, tasting and discovering different foods. Especially anything spicy.
His travels so far include Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Peruvian and Brazilian Amazon, Morocco,… And more to come.
He likes art, rock, tattoos, spicy food and reading. But his obsession are pandas, orcas, his dog Eki and his two nieces who are everything to him.
